Delivery & Setup Information

Please read the following information carefully to ensure safe and smooth delivery and setup.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times are confirmed the day before your event.
• We normally begin deliveries from around 9:00am.
• Collections usually start from around 5:30pm–6:00pm.

Access Requirements

• A minimum clear access width of 3ft is required.
• Please consider gates, steps, drainpipes and tight corners.
• Many items weigh over 120kg.
• If unsure, please contact us and send photos in advance.

Setup Area

• The area must be flat, clear and free from animal mess.
• Please ensure the item will fit safely (check dimensions on product pages).
• Astro turf may require staking through the surface.

If equipment cannot be set up safely, the hire fee may be forfeited.
